OUR CAPACITY-BUILDING PARTNERSHIP

Over the next two years, The Spark Mill is serving as Obici Healthcare Foundation’s lead capacity-building partner, working hand in hand with the Foundation’s team and with nonprofits across Western Tidewater, helping organizations build on their strengths and grow their impact in the communities they serve.

At the heart of this work is the simple belief that lasting change happens through relationships. Over the next two years, The Spark Mill will be the consistent point of contact for participating nonprofits, coordinating workshops, cohorts, one-on-one technical assistance, and specialized partners.
