Customer Discovery for Nonprofit Program Design

  • The Spark Mill 2219 West Main Street Richmond, VA, 23220 (map)

Presented by The Community Foundation for a Greater Richmond

Similar to community engagement, Customer Discovery focuses on deep listening to better understand pains and gains of your “customers” to shape your customer experience and program design.

This is for organizations that are able to employ an iterative approach to their customer service experience and/or new program design. We’ll explore tools and models from entrepreneurship and Human-Centered Design. We’ll pair these tools with leading practices from community engagement to provide a toolbox for participants to start employing immediately.
