We are looking for a candidate to add a new skill set to our team and we are open as to the exact mix of experience and passions. Essential: Values driven, equity focused, excited by change, excellent facilitation/negotiation skills, compelling writer with an ease at translating complicated information into simple and understandable narrative. Additional skill sets/experience might include:  change management, government/nonprofit/corporate focus, Human Resources, brand strategy, data analysis, nonprofit management.

Experience and Educational Profile

College Degree and/or unique lived/employment experience that will help you challenge the status quo for our clients. We are looking for someone with a minimum of five years of relevant and/or transferable experience.
