Black Lives Matter: Our Statement on Racial Equity, Justice, and Change

Today we join our voice with the voices of protest and affirm Black Lives Matter. Across our city, our state, and our nation, we are witnessing the culmination of years of pain and suffering. As a small business that helps organizations and businesses navigate change, The Spark Mill recognizes that pain can be a powerful catalyst for change, and is often necessary to achieve justice and equity. We stand in solidarity with the Black community and the ongoing fight against unjust and racist systems. We continue our commitment to racial justice and recommit to amplifying Black voices throughout all of our work.

If you are looking for ways to engage we suggest starting with your community-based leaders and we offer advice and insight from The Obama Foundation www.obama.org/anguish-and-action as a place to begin.
