EXECUTIVE COACHING

Our executive coaching creates a constructive partnership where leaders can set and achieve goals in a way that works for them personally and professionally. While there are no specific guarantees, our coaching helps leaders gain clarity, make calculated and energetic decisions, and address blocks or assumptions that may be holding them back.

How It Works:

  • We recommend investing in coaching for at least 6 months

  • We offer flexible packages of 6, 10, or 12 one-hour sessions

  • Sessions can be scheduled monthly, weekly, or at a customized interval

  • We begin with a short intake process to establish 1-3 clear coaching goals

Our Approach

TSM believes in a transparent and collaborative hiring process. We offer clients a complete picture of all applicants, our process, and the density of our outreach for the position. We can step in and handle all administrative aspects or only the most useful for your team. While we may make recommendations, we recognize this is your job search and will follow your lead for access to information and final decisions on all candidates at each stage.

TSM uses an equity framework in all job searches. To us, this means applying the framework to the creation of the job description, recruitment strategies, screening process, and interview process. Additionally, we insist that all of our searches offer transparency in listing hiring ranges for the position, as this is a research-based best practice to appeal to diverse candidates.
