PROTOCOLS

CONSIDERATIONS

  1. As we all know, in-person events in the time of the pandemic carry an inherent risk. Because of this, TSM is limiting our in-person work as much as possible and is currently recommending that in-person events be limited to retreats. While we have spent the last two years conducting the majority of our work virtually, and are able to provide our clients a quality experience, we have found that retreats, are the place where we can be flexible on the risk for the benefit.

  2. In-person events will only be held if more than 75% of the intended audience is able to attend. We do not recommend hybrid events.

  3. All CDC recommendations, state-level recommendations, and orders for in-person events must be followed. A link to current guidelines can be found here.

Please share with all participants prior to event

BEFORE YOUR EVENT

  1. Each participant should review their health symptoms including temperature the morning of the event. If you have a fever or are otherwise feeling unwell, you should not attend.

  2. A location should be secured that allows for each individual to distance from others adequately at all times during the retreat. We recommend 20 sq. ft. per person for the total room allowance. For instance, a group of 12 people would need a 240 sq. ft. room.

  3. Individual consultants will make decisions as to their ability to facilitate in-person and may be replaced if health or other concerns warrant the change.

DURING YOUR EVENT

  1. All participants (regardless of vaccination status) must wear a face covering for the duration of the event except while drinking. If a meal is served then individuals will be encouraged to socially distance themselves as much as possible.

  2. We recommend wearing KN95 or N95 masks as they have been scientifically proven to have a better ability to keep everyone safe. Your TSM facilitator can provide extra masks for participants who need them if requested.

TSM WILL

  1. Review all virtual retreat guidelines with a main point of contact (i.e. Executive Director) prior to the retreat.

  2. If at any time during the retreat the consultant observes unsafe behaviors regarding masks or social distancing – they will speak up and reserve the right to ask reluctant participants to leave.
