A Six-Month Journey to BECOMING A CONSCIOUS LEADER

We invite you to join Becoming A Conscious Leader, a six-month cohort designed for leaders ready to redirect energy from workplace drama toward what truly matters: your organization's mission.

This isn't just another leadership program. It's a practical commitment to developing the awareness and skills needed to create meaningful cultural change—starting with yourself.

THE ELEMENTS OF CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP

Conscious leaders understand that organizational culture starts with personal practice. They recognize how their own responses either fuel or dissolve workplace drama.

Over our six sessions, we'll explore:

  • Energy Management – Learn to recognize and direct your presence in ways that move energy toward solutions rather than problems.

  • Openness to Possibility – Develop techniques to prioritize curiosity and learning over "being right," cultivating genuine curiosity that encourages innovation.

  • Intentional Response – Discover practical methods to choose responses that eliminate blame, complaints, and defensiveness from your leadership approach.

  • Active Listening – Master the art of truly hearing what's being said—and what isn't—to build stronger connections and resolve conflicts before they escalate.

  • Psychological Safety – The best ideas come from teams that feel safe to speak up. Learn how to cultivate spaces where open, creative dialogue can happen—spaces where your team can bring their best.

  • Clear Communication – Develop skills for conveying messages with both clarity and humanity, reducing the misunderstandings that often spark drama.

YOUR COMMITMENT

Creating meaningful change requires dedication. To participate in this cohort, you commit to:

  • Attending each of the six monthly sessions (minimum 5/6 attendance)

  • Bringing a learner's mindset to each session

  • Practicing what you learn with yourself and your team(s)

  • Prioritizing growth over fear and learning over rightness

  • Working on yourself as you address cultural challenges in your organization

COHORT DETAILS

  • Dates: Monthly sessions from June to November 2025. The dates are tentatively:

    • June 26

    • July 24

    • August 28

    • September 26

    • October 23

    • November 13

  • Time: 8:30AM-12:30PM (four hours per session)

  • Support: Access to a monthly 30-minute coaching session

  • Investment: $2,150 per person
